We sell digital template bundles designed to assist with organising Partner Visa application materials.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Partner Visa Templates reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. 6. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference
  • We do not offer refunds if you no longer need the product
  • We do not offer refunds if you made an incorrect purchase
  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered
  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction after purchase
  • We do not offer refunds based on visa refusal outcomes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access to the digital product may be provided immediately after payment, and that this waives any right to cancel for change of mind.

However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund, replacement, or correction) where the product:

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
